I seem to have fallen off the posting bandwagon. Ooops!
I did finish Tour de Fleece while cheering for the riders in the Tour de France (Go Chris Froome!)
I finished the Cherry Pie sweater set (still debating what pattern to knit!) and I managed one additional bump as well. This is Hello Yarn Polwarth in the colorway Resplendent:
So here’s a final photo of everything I spun for TDF this year:
Overall, it’s less weight than I spun last year, but I increase my yardage per pound so I’m pretty pleased with it.
As soon as TDF concluded, it was back to knitting at a breakneck pace. I joined Camp Loopy again this year. My second project was a Textured Shawl in Madelinetosh DK in the Nebula Colorway. I loved knitting this shawl and I can’t wait to wear it when the weather gets cooler.
I can’t start the next Camp Loopy project until August 1, so in the mean time I picked up a languishing project and in the space of a week or so managed to complete it. More photos and details soon, but for now a teaser:
Of course now it’s time to start weaving for the Creative Hand Show in November and to knit for Christmas. Always busy!
