The 2012 Nissan Altima I’m currently borrowing – it’s zippy, it has a push button start, and it’s SO much cooler than my Toyota (which is getting a new bumper courtesy of a rear-ending last week).
Cooking. Those of you who know me know that I’m not much of a cook. Or at least I haven’t been until recently. In June, Wes offhandedly suggested that we try cooking vegetarian at home for a while. With the help of KC Door to Door Organics, a few cookbooks, a lot of cooking blogs, and a cupboard full of spices and condiments, I’m having a blast.
